Refund Policy for Londra Transfers

Introduction
Londra Transfers (the “We”) is committed to providing reliable and efficient taxi booking services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a customer (the “You”) may be eligible for a refund for a taxi booking made through our website.
Cancellation by Customer
- 24 Hours or More Before Booking: A full refund will be processed if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Less Than 24 Hours Before Booking: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fare will be applied.
- No Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup and do not notify us in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes to Booking by Customer
- Free Changes (if possible): We will try our best to accommodate any changes to your booking (e.g., pickup time, destination) free of charge, provided we are notified at least 24 hours before the original pickup time and the change can be fulfilled.
- Changes Involving Fare Increase: If the change to your booking results in a higher fare (e.g., longer distance), you will be informed of the revised fare before the change is confirmed. You will then have the option to accept the new fare or cancel the booking with the standard cancellation policy applied.
Cancellation by Company
- In exceptional circumstances, the Company may need to cancel your booking. This may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle unavailability, extreme weather conditions, or safety hazards.
- Full Refund: In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund for the booking fare.
- Alternative Booking: We will also try to arrange an alternative taxi for you at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Tolls and Parking: Any tolls or parking charges incurred during your journey are not refundable and will be added to your final fare.
- Waiting Time: Free waiting time for the booked taxi at the pickup location is typically 15 minutes. Waiting time charges may apply if the passenger exceeds the free waiting time. These charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking.
- Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
